門簾布：門簾布是分段制作的，每段高度約為兩邊700mm。每段窗簾布經(jīng)過(guò)特制的鋁抗風(fēng)條連接成一個(gè)整體的窗簾布，窗簾布的厚度為1。 2mm，具有強(qiáng)度高、耐沖擊、不易刺穿的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。也能夠挑選=2mm的通明PVC原料的窗簾布或許組件為通明PVC原料，觀察快速卷簾門兩邊的狀況。簾布底部設(shè)有鋁底梁，防撞軟袋簾布頂部用螺絲和壓條固定在卷筒上。

驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備：快速卷簾門的轉(zhuǎn)軸由減速電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)。依據(jù)升降速度的要求，挑選不同速比的減速機(jī)達(dá)到所需的升降速度，Z向速度可達(dá)80 cm/s以上，操控線選用變頻操控，使簾布在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中緩慢啟停，簾布在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中停止移動(dòng)。

導(dǎo)槽箱：導(dǎo)槽箱2厚2厚mm鍍鋅鋼板制成，固定在門洞兩邊的墻上，機(jī)箱放置在導(dǎo)槽箱頂部，經(jīng)過(guò)螺栓固定在導(dǎo)槽箱和墻上。導(dǎo)槽箱的導(dǎo)槽兩邊固定有密封條，以證一定的密封要求，導(dǎo)槽箱底部離地約1m假如位置較高，則保留紅外監(jiān)視器的裝置位置。
