2、當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的熱保護(hù)連續(xù)發(fā)生動(dòng)作時(shí)，應(yīng)查明故障來(lái)自電動(dòng)機(jī)還是超負(fù)荷或保護(hù)裝置整定值太低，故障后，方可投入運(yùn)行。 3、應(yīng)保證電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中良好的潤(rùn)滑。一般的電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行5000小時(shí)左右，即應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或更換潤(rùn)滑脂，運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過(guò)熱或潤(rùn)滑變質(zhì)時(shí)，液壓及時(shí)換潤(rùn)滑脂。更換潤(rùn)滑脂時(shí)，應(yīng)舊的潤(rùn)滑油，并有汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將ZL-3鋰基脂填充軸承內(nèi)外圈之間的空腔的1/2(對(duì)2極)及2/3(對(duì)4、6、8極)。

5、拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí)，從軸伸端或非伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子都可以。如果沒有必要卸下風(fēng)扇，還是從非軸伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子較為便利，從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)，應(yīng)防止損壞定子繞組或絕緣。

6、更換繞組時(shí)必須記下原繞組的形式，尺寸及匝數(shù)，線規(guī)等，當(dāng)失落了這些數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，應(yīng)向制造廠索取，隨意更改原設(shè)計(jì)繞組，常常使電動(dòng)機(jī)某項(xiàng)或幾項(xiàng)性能惡化，甚于無(wú)法使用。
