電壓測(cè)量法是更常用的檢修方法之一,就是通過(guò)測(cè)懷疑點(diǎn)電壓是否正常來(lái)判斷故障部位和故障原因。比如在檢修電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)、而儀表盤(pán)亮故障時(shí),可通過(guò)測(cè)控制器的供電電壓和輸出電壓判斷故開(kāi)部位:再比如檢修電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不正常故障時(shí),可通過(guò)測(cè)調(diào)速轉(zhuǎn)把輸出的控制電壓來(lái)判斷它是否正常。

電阻測(cè)量法是更主要的檢修方法之。該方法就是通過(guò)測(cè)懷疑的線路、 器件的阻值是否正常,來(lái)判斷故障部位和故障原因。比如在檢修電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常故障時(shí),可通過(guò)測(cè)電機(jī)3個(gè)繞組的阻值,判斷它是否匝間短路或斷路,而檢修無(wú)刷電機(jī)時(shí),測(cè)它的3條傳感信號(hào)輸出線對(duì)地和5V供電之間的阻值時(shí),可判斷霍爾元件是否損壞:再比如在整車(chē)無(wú)電故障時(shí),還可測(cè)量保險(xiǎn)管、電源鎖和供電線路是否斷路,控制器是否短路等。

在檢測(cè)線路、電源鎖等器件是否斷路時(shí),可采用萬(wàn)用表“蜂鳴”檔(有的數(shù)字萬(wàn)用表該功能附加在“二極管”檔上)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,若萬(wàn)用表發(fā)出鳴叫聲,說(shuō)明線路正常:若沒(méi)有鳴叫聲,說(shuō)明線路已斷:若有時(shí)鳴叫有時(shí)無(wú)聲,說(shuō)明線路接觸不良。
