快速卷簾門的傳動機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在門洞頂部機(jī)箱內(nèi)，機(jī)箱由厚2mm厚鍍鋅鋼板制作而成兩端端由厚6mm鋼板制作，在端板上設(shè)有安裝卷軸軸承，驅(qū)動電機(jī)，平衡系統(tǒng)構(gòu)件的安裝座和安裝孔，鋼板表面經(jīng)噴塑處理成客戶要求的色彩。卷軸安裝于機(jī)箱內(nèi)，由卷筒、軸端、軸承座等組成。卷筒尺寸根據(jù)門洞高、寬尺寸經(jīng)過計算，選擇合理尺寸，在這個門上，卷筒直徑為219mm。

The transmission mechanism of the fast Roller shutter is installed in the box at the top of the door opening. The box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate. Both ends of the box are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting seats and mounting holes for installing reel bearings, driving motors, and balancing system components. The reel is installed inside the chassis and consists of a drum, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219mm.

2、導(dǎo)槽箱

導(dǎo)槽箱由厚2mm鍍鋅鋼板制作，立于門洞二側(cè)固定于墻面，機(jī)箱則置于導(dǎo)槽箱頂部通過螺栓與導(dǎo)槽箱及墻面固定。導(dǎo)槽箱導(dǎo)槽二側(cè)固定有密封毛條，以保證一定的密封要求，在導(dǎo)槽箱的底部離地約1m高位置，則預(yù)留有紅外線監(jiān)測器的安裝位置。快速卷簾門的導(dǎo)槽箱經(jīng)噴塑處理，與機(jī)箱同色，導(dǎo)槽里部的毛刷抵住簾布以限制簾布不會脫離導(dǎo)槽，這樣當(dāng)車子撞到門的時候，門簾會脫離導(dǎo)槽，從而避免快速卷簾門體受到損壞。

3、簾布

快速卷簾門的簾布可分段制作，每段高度約為700mm左右，各段簾布通過特制的鋁質(zhì)抗風(fēng)條聯(lián)接成一整體簾布，具有強(qiáng)度高、抗沖擊、不易刺穿等優(yōu)點。此外，我們還可選用透明PVC材料制作簾布或部份選用透明PVC材料制作簾布，以便觀察軟簾門二側(cè)的情況，在簾布的底部設(shè)有鋁質(zhì)底梁，及防撞軟袋簾布的頂部通過螺釘和壓條固定在卷筒上。

4、驅(qū)動裝置

通過減速馬達(dá)直接驅(qū)動軟簾門轉(zhuǎn)軸，根據(jù)快速卷簾門提升速度的要求選用不同速比的減速器，達(dá)到所要求的提升速度，快者速度可達(dá)到80cm/s以上?？刂凭€路采用變頻控制，使簾布運行時做到緩起動緩?fù)Ｖ梗⒖墒购煵嫉轿蛔酝?，及在運行過程中停止運動。

The shaft of the soft shutter is directly driven by the deceleration motor. According to the requirements of the lifting speed of the fast Roller shutter, different speed ratio reducers are selected to achieve the required lifting speed, which can reach more than 80cm/s. The control circuit adopts variable frequency control to achieve slow start and slow stop during the operation of the cord fabric, and can automatically stop the cord fabric in place and stop its movement during operation.

快速卷簾門設(shè)有控制箱，可在控制箱操作“開”、“停”、“關(guān)”，并可在控制箱的另一側(cè)墻面設(shè)控制按鈕操作“開”、“停”、“關(guān)”?？焖倬砗熼T可根據(jù)需要選配遙控操作和雷達(dá)探測或地磁感應(yīng)自動開關(guān)門，在門洞二側(cè)設(shè)有紅外線監(jiān)測裝置，當(dāng)門體運動時有障礙物穿越門洞時，簾布運動將停止，或回復(fù)到開門狀態(tài)。

The fast Roller shutter is equipped with a control box, which can operate "open", "stop" and "close", and a control button can be set on the other side of the wall of the control box to operate "open", "stop" and "close". The quick Roller shutter can be equipped with remote control operation, radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing as required.
